<p>Which comes first:<br>1. The out-performance because the manager is competent anyway (so is encouraged through adequate remuneration &amp; incentivation to stick around), or;<br>2. The manager is less competent - so is encouraged to leave through '(find a new employer) such as new boutiques, failure to correctly reward (under performing) investment people, (you need) a new career challenge, poor management practices (helping them out the door), talent shortages and a need for short-term rewards (go somewhere else).</p><p><a href="">Reply to article</a></p><p>For original story, <a href="">Click Here.</a></p>
