They're already expanding their adviser numbers to cope with the extra workload. No doubt the extra advisers will be on board to cope with the orphaned clients of IFAs who don't have the resouces and financial backing to cope with a higher regulatory framework and the higher risk of being sued. If Slater & Goordon think FoFA is a great idea...that alone should send warning signals.
