What a relief. Next year I will be getting $210K from a long & hard property settlement where I have lost most of my life's hard earnings. Of course, after Legal Fees (I am a Disability Pensioner!) that leaves me with about $180K. I now hope to be able to obtain a $100K mortgage so that I can purchase a home. I am renting & paying $580K/fortnight out of my pension for rent. Life's hard. I just would like to move on & this news is wonderful for me. Next, is obtaining that mortgage!

Reply to article

For original story, Click Here.
