The Financial Standard Best Practice Forum on Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) will inform advisers and investment professionals about the benefits of using ETPs, which includes Listed Investment Companies, Listed Investment Trusts, mFunds, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and Active ETFs.

The appeal of ETPs has continued over the last year, with 22 new products launched and FUM growing to almost $150 billion.

The forum will explore how this evolving industry is answering the needs of today's financial planning and wealth management community. Presentations will include sessions from ETP providers, case studies and best practice discussions with advisers.

John has a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Finance from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University) and has been a CFA charterholder since 1998.

Russel is an actuary with over 25 years' experience in financial services and he is responsible for managing VanEck's Australian ETFs. Prior to joining VanEck, Russel was a partner at boutique consulting firm Sunstone Partners, specialising in Asset and Wealth Management.  Previously Russel worked for Perpetual Limited as General Manager of Protected Investments and Lending. Russel has also held positions at Grange Securities, Alexander Forbes and Liberty Life.  Russel has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (United Kingdom).

Anthony Doyle has over 17 years' experience in global financial markets, working for some of the largest investment management firms in Australia, Europe, and the United Kingdom. In his current role, Anthony helps to position Fidelity's broad investment capabilities, strategy, market views and performance to clients. Prior to joining Fidelity International, Anthony worked at M&G Investments in London as Head of Investment Specialists. He has also worked at Pioneer Investments and Macquarie Bank as an economist.

Anthony holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of London, a Master of Economic Studies from the University of New England, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University.

Lauren has over 20 years' experience working in the Financial Services sector, and holding diverse roles with leading institutions such as BT Financial Group, Tower Trust (now Australian Executor Trustees) and Mariner Financial.

She joined Fidelity International in 2008, with a focus on building Fidelity's brand profile and distribution throughout QLD by providing support to both aligned and non-aligned financial advisory practices as well as working with small superannuation funds.

Throughout the last few years, her role has also expanded to build out the distribution of Fidelity's Active ETFs here in Australia, working with both Private Wealth Firms and Broking firms across the country as well as working with associations such as the Australian Investors Association and also the Australian Shareholders Association.

Lauren studied Commerce at the University of QLD and holds a diploma of Financial planning.

Prior to this, Eu-Jene was an Associate Director of Institutional Sales at Pinnacle Investment Management with responsibility for Australia and Asia. He has also held senior business development and investment specialist roles at Macquarie Investment Management, Macquarie Professional Series and Vanguard. Eu-Jene has a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School and a Commerce degree from Murdoch University.

Camilla is also a Director at Perennial Investment Management Limited. Camilla has 18 years experience  building the Perennial business both domestically and overseas.

Camilla has jumped out of a plane twice, likes to ski off high mountains and loves a good laugh (one 'Who's line is it anyway' episode at a time).

Emilie is an ESG & equities analyst working primarily in small caps team. Her main focus is the eInvest Better Future Fund (Managed Fund) (ASX:IMPQ) and Perennial's Better Future Strategies. She is also responsible for ESG stewardship including Perennial's sustainable investment strategy, corporate engagements, proxy voting and ESG research.

Prior to joining Perennial, she was a research analyst at Morgan Stanley for the highly rated banks and asset managers sector. Emilie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Science from the University of New South Wales majoring in finance and psychology. She is also a FSA Credential Holder with the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and has passed Level II of the CFA Program.

Mark is the founder of data consultancy New Era Analytics and also built ETFtracker, an Australian focused ETF research and interactive analysis platform. He is a data expert and market commentator and has over a decade of experience working in finance and technology.

His most recent finance roles have been as Head of Data Analytics at Prosperity Advisers as well as a stint at the ASX on their DataSphere project. Prior to that he also worked on quantitative data models at Canaccord Genuity in London. Mark also runs a data science association, DSAi.

As a Director at award-winning integrated financial services firm Altus Financial, Adam tackle's financial problem-solving with creativity, analytical thinking and clear communication.
