The $24 billion emergency services industry superannuation fund, ESSSuper, has appointed a chief transformation officer.
Tim Richardson joins ESSSuper from NBN Co. He has also held roles at ANZ Wealth, NAB Wealth and KPMG.
At ESSSuper, Richardson will manage the fund's technology and program management divisions while overseeing its technology-based restructure.
"This role represents an important step forward in ESSSuper's future, helping us provide continued high levels of service and a suite of products that meet the demands of our members," said ESSSuper chief executive Mark Puli.
"Tim has a substantial track record in the transformation field, particularly in the financial services sector and will play a fundamental role in helping us accelerate the use of technology to drive innovation and first-rate processes."
