Self-Managed Super Fund service provider Justsuper has been added to the DomaCom Property SMSF collaborative venture, which facilitates "seed" investments in property through an SMSF.
Other panel members include Self Managed Super, CST Corporate Solutions and Evolve Super Audits.
The DomaCom Property SMSF allows younger investors to participate in small piecemeal investments in property through an SMSF structure, for a minimum annual fee of $450.
It is designed, in DomaCom's words, to allow new investors to "get their foot on the property ladder" through a collaborative investment process with other Property SMSF trustees.
"The DomaCom Property SMSF is not so much a product but an online end-to-end business development solution that will help financial advisers engage the Gen Y and Millennium demographic," said DomaCom head of sales and marketing Warren Gibson.
