HUB24 platform goes mobile

HUB24 has adapted its InvestorHUB and AdviserHUB portals to mobile phones in a bid to provide a better experience for advisers and clients.

It has also launched SupportHUB, a new functionality where advisers can view requests, track the progress of applications and source an online knowledge base.

"Our business has been growing very quickly and with current trends we are rapidly heading towards $2 billion in funds under administration," HUB24 chief executive Andrew Alcock said.

Global statistics have shown that use of mobile devices to access the internet over the past two years has doubled, and the Investment Trends May 2014 Planner Technology Report has shown 44% of planners intend to use tablets in their business.
