Platinum Capital appoints chairman

Platinum Capital Limited, part of Platinum Asset Management, has announced the appointment of Bruce Phillips to the role of chairman.
The announcement, which was made public last Friday on the ASX, noted Phillips will replace Peter Clarke who has been acting chairman since 16 February.
Clarke will retire as director of the company, following the conclusion of the firm's AGM.
Platinum Capital is a closed end investment company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
