The Financial Planning Association's (FPA) Ask an Expert online advice service will be available until the end of this month.
The initiative was launched last month as part of FPA's Financial Planning Week. Volunteer advisers are on hand to answer basic finance questions ranging from salary sacrifice to CGT and superannnuation.
But Jo-Anne Bloch, FPA chief executive, said that the association is extending the service until the end of this month, to help people that have questions on tax, super and their finances.
"People may be in the dark about lodging a tax return or what they are eligible to claim and a number of people may still be confused about what the changes to superannuation mean for them," she said.
