Præmium adds CRM service

Portfolio administration provider, Præmium is helping financial planners monitor client relationships by adding SYNCRM's FPS software.
SYNCRM's FPS centres on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) service, which allows planners to customise and efficiently manage interactions between clients, dealer groups and accountants.
Arthur Naoumidis, Præmium Group chief executive, said interfacing with SYNCRM will ensure it can develop best of breed solutions that suit individual businesses.
Præmium provides online portfolio administrations services via V-Wrap, market data through p-Desktop and separately managed account (SMA) technology to financial planners, accountants and wealth managers.
V-Wrap administers more than $29 billion for over 37,000 portfolios.
