OnePath has responded to adviser demand for faster online insurance technology with the launch of a new online application product, OneView Life, to give advisers online access to their OneCare and World of Protection inforce books.
The new program allows advisers to see client and policy information for their OneCare and World of Protection inforce books in real time while also using OnePath's existing Application Tracking system to view the status of all of their applications in suspense.

Other features of OneView Life the ability to see all lapsed, cancelled or overdue policies, produce Certificates of Currency, submit selected outstanding requirements and the ability to contact case managers and underwriters.
"In a post-FoFA world, ongoing service is going to become an even more important part of an adviser's value proposition. That's why it's so important for advisers to be able to see their whole inforce book, and more easily identify advice opportunities," said Gerard Kerr, head of retail product, marketing and reinsurance.
"An example of this is that advisers can now view a list of all the clients who are renewing in the next month, and provides an opportunity to proactively invite those clients in for a review."
OnePath said OneView Life is the next step in its technology journey with plans for further improvements.
