The head of insurance in superannuation at NAB is joining Rice Warner in an executive role.
The researcher appointed Tim Jenkins as executive general manager, superannuation; a role in which he will provide strategic and tactical advice to superannuation clients, leading the superannuation consulting team.
Bringing more than 30 years' experience across superannuation, retirement and group insurance, Jenkins is well versed in the areas of actuarial valuations, defined benefit management, default superannuation, successor fund transfers and insurance.
Jenkins began his career in 1985 as an actuary with Mercer in the UK. Over the course of 28 years he held a number of roles across the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Asia, including as APAC regional retirement business leader.

He joined NAB in 2013 as a senior consultant before becoming head of product, corporate super and then taking on his current role in December 2016.

Jenkins will officially commence in the new role on 9 April 2018.
