Dealer group demand spurs CLS growth

Financial planning dealership and licensee demand to make their practices more efficient and profitable has prompted the two month old consultancy business, Class Leading Solutions (CLS) to expand their business nationwide.
Kurt Smyth, CLS executive manager, said the firm is speaking with a number of potential candidates to grow the business.
"The enthusiasm and growing demand by advisers and licensees for the CLS service has facilitated a need for CLS to expand its operation on a national basis and is currently seeking to appoint representatives in state capital cities," he said.
Set up by Smyth in October, CLS identifies and implements solutions for financial planning practices. Smyth has more than 20 years of financial services experience across financial planning, superannuation, revenue management systems and marketing.
Smyth was most recently Dealer Management System marketing executive but has held financial planning roles with National Mutual Financial Planning and Charter Financial Planning.
Peter Estcourt, who has worked as a chartered accountant, financial planner and national business development manager, supports Smyth in the business.
