ANZ inks deal with IT platform

ANZ entered into an agreement with an ASX-listed provider of knowledge management software.

Knosys develops enterprise-grade knowledge management software which facilitates information sharing across disparate business units. The initial $34,000 order from ANZ is for a two-month licence, which Knosys said will be renewed on July 1, contributing a further $200,000 to the company's annual revenues.

Knosys chief executive John Thompson said the new contract reflects the longstanding relationship Knosys has had with ANZ, adding: "We plan to work with this and other customers in 2017 to improve our product's capabilities and performance."

"We have some exciting developments planned for this year to enable more knowledge-based solutions to become mainstream in many organisations," Thompson said.

"As a company, our capacity to maintain long-term relationships with major customers remains a key plank in our growth strategy. We intend to become the premier Australian company assisting medium-to-large organisations in building smarter, faster, more efficient workforces through performance-based knowledge management solutions."
