To bring this theory to life, we've invited a leading PE house to present a case study on one of their deals and they will be joined by one of the financiers of the transaction.

Target audience:

This is an introductory course suitable for PE professionals, bankers, lawyers, accountants and risk professionals who need to understand more about the key concepts of PE Finance, the roles of the GPs, banks, law firms and considerations when financing a PE deal. It is a basic theory and case study program that provides for information only and does not seek to skill participants to execute transactions.
